- The comprehensive error of the torque limiter is not more than 8% of its rated value. When the rated value is exceeded, the torque limiter should cut off the power supply in the direction of the hook rise and the amplitude increase, and the support mechanism can reduce and decrease the amplitude direction. movement.
- Ultra-high limiter: When the riser height of the hook frame is not less than 1 meter, the ultra-high limiter should be able to cut off the power supply in the rising direction of the hook.
- Variable amplitude limiter: When the trolley travels to the end of the boom at 0.5 meters, it should be able to cut off the power supply in the direction of the trolley.
- After the installation of the tower crane is completed, the no-load, static load and dynamic load tests must be carried out. The dead load test hoisting weight is 125% of the rated load, and the dynamic load hoisting weight test hoisting weight is 110% of the rated load. Qualified before delivery.
