15LVF22 Luffing Mechanism is used for 6 tons Tower Cranes. This mechanism has features of stable startup and braking, high transmission efficiency, low noise, compact structure, safe and reliable braking, accurate positioning, beautiful external appearance, etc.
LVF series hoisting mechanism adopt the structure of variable frequency speed regulation motor + orthogonal shaft reducer + drum. The overall arrangement is L-shaped, and the large-diameter double-fold line groove drum is used, which has good performance on guiding rope and increases the service life of the Wire Rope ; due to the variable frequency speed regulation, the operation is stable, convenient for accurate hoisting, high work efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.
